Hourly rate is $45.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum

Monthly Maintenance Plan

This plan is best for those individuals and small businesses that need monthly bookkeeping, reconciliation, receipt management, sales tax filings, and bill pay services.

Monthly rate starts at $350.00 per month.
Consulting

This plan is best for those clients that just need someone to review and make recommendations

Rates start at 75.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Pre Paid Retainer Plans
Clients who take advantage of a PrePaid Retainer Plan will appreciate knowing that they are consistently on the docket for monthly tasks and their Virtual Assistant is getting to know the client and assessing client needs.

BASIC PLAN: includes 10 hours of service per month for $430.00 (a 4% discount)

ESSENTIAL PLAN: includes 16 hours of service per month for $670.00 (a 7% discount)

ASSOCIATE PLAN: includes 24 hours of service per month for $970.00 (a 10% discount = over 2 hours free!)
